Virtual Assist Rates:
Rates range from $20 per hour for basic administrative tasks to $35 per hour for more complex, labor intensive tasks.
If you are located in the Miami/Dade area and need me to be present for on site assistance, my rate starts at $50 per hour.
Design Rates:
Textual changes, site updates and general maintenance are $20 per hour.
Graphical /basic image editing, flash and coding revisions are $45 per hour.

Billing Info:
Per hour services are billed in 15 minute increments
Per Project Billing is ideal if you need my services on an occassional basis. Upon completion I will send an invoice and detailed timesheet for your review. First time clients using my per-hour services are required to pay a $50 deposit which is non-refundable but will be credited towards invoice balances until depleted. Web design services involve a 25% deposit to begin work. Once final payment is made, I can tranfer your site files to you.
Retainer Fee Payment for my per-hour services is best if you need me on a consistant basis. You will recieve a detailed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly timesheet including the amount deducted from your retainer. I require a $250 minimum and offer a 10% discount for retainer fees over $1000. Retainer fees are non-refundable, but can be used for up to 45-days after payment.
I accept PayPal (MasterCard/Visa) for payment. If you are in the local Miami-Dade area, we can arrange other payment terms.
